The Flex Partner Program is a quarterly marketing and branding retainer designed for clients who want to keep their brand and marketing efforts moving forward without the pressure of a rigid monthly engagement. It is ideal for organizations that want to meet a few times each year to stay strategically aligned, gain insight into what is working, and have a trusted partner to brainstorm ideas with. The program also provides flexible, on-demand support for branding and marketing initiatives that arise throughout the year—ensuring important projects never get pushed to the back burner.
How it Works
This is an annual plan where you get quarterly Zoom strategy sessions, priority service in our queue, and $3,000 flex dollars to use on all services we offer. You can use your flex dollars for small projects, like updating a bio or designing a social media graphic, or apply them toward larger projects like building a website or designing a custom capabilities deck. You’ll meet with your dedicated growth strategist quarterly, and anytime you need something, they’ll take care of you.
Common Services
Flex dollars can be applied to any service we offer, giving clients the freedom to allocate their quarterly investment where it delivers the most value. This may include designing new materials such as presentation decks, one-pagers, advertisements, invitations, and branded merchandise; updating and refining existing assets including websites, social media profiles, and brochures; and writing strategic content such as team member bios, press releases, announcements, and other client-facing communications. This flexibility allows work to evolve organically as needs arise, without the constraints of a fixed scope.

The strategy sessions are tailored to your needs, and we can talk about any branding, marketing, or growth-related topic you’d like. Each quarter before we meet, we’ll touch base to determine the topic(s) you want to talk about, and you can decide who on your team should be present.
Some of the common topics we cover include overall growth strategies, tapping into specific niche markets, new client gifting ideas, reaching the next generation, strategies for special events, and more.
Are there any services I can’t use my flex dollars for?
Nope! Your flex dollars can be used for any service the agency offers.
What if I don’t use all of my flex dollars or I skip a strategy session?

By shifting these responsibilities to a trusted partner, clients can stay visible and relevant without adding internal workload.

The monthly marketing program is structured around a set number of hours each month—typically 5, 10, or 25 hours—that can be applied toward any service offered by the agency. Most clients use their monthly hours for ongoing initiatives such as social media management, blogging, or other recurring marketing efforts that benefit from consistency over time.
As needs arise throughout the year, clients have the flexibility to either engage us on a flat-fee basis for one-off projects or temporarily reallocate their monthly hours to support specific priorities. This ensures the program can adapt as goals shift without disrupting long-term momentum.
Each client is paired with a dedicated growth strategist who meets with them monthly, oversees planning and execution, and manages projects across the agency. This centralized point of contact ensures alignment, efficiency, and accountability—so work stays organized and progress remains steady.

Monthly marketing retainers are billed monthly in arrears and offered in three engagement levels based on anticipated support needs. Package I includes 5 hours per month for $1,000, Package II includes 10 hours per month for $1,800, and Package III includes 25 hours per month for $3,750. This tiered structure allows clients to select the level of ongoing support that best aligns with their marketing goals and internal capacity.

What if I don’t use all my hours?
To ensure we can meet every client’s needs each month, we limit the number of monthly retainer clients we serve. For that reason, retainer hours must be used within the month they are allocated and do not roll over. Your growth strategist will actively monitor usage and help you maximize your hours; however, if you find that you consistently need more or less support, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan accordingly.
Do I have to do the same things every month?
Not at all. While some clients use their retainer hours for consistent, ongoing services—such as social media management or publishing a monthly blog—others apply their time across a variety of initiatives, including event planning, website updates, press releases, and more. Your growth strategist will help you prioritize goals and plan your time so your hours are used in the way that best supports your business.
Can you work with my existing marketing team?
Absolutely. Whether you have an in-house marketing team or already partner with another agency, we’re happy to collaborate in whatever capacity makes the most sense. In some cases, we lead the overall strategy while others handle execution; in others, we support a specific initiative or execute under an existing strategy. Our role is flexible, and we’re always happy to step in where support is most needed.
How long is the commitment?
Our monthly marketing retainers are structured as a one-year commitment, allowing enough time to plan strategically, work consistently, and build meaningful momentum for your business. While the engagement is designed for long-term success, it also includes a 30-day cancellation policy for any reason, providing flexibility as your needs evolve.
